Ice and snow is upon us !! Wet insulation will compress around fasteners in old roof systems and cause MAJOR leaks and damage. Have a knowledgeable commercial roofing company inspect your roof and alert you of any suspect areas, before you need to call your insurance company.

Nice little canopy roof on a huge shopping center near Brooklyn, Ohio. Temperatures are getting colder so I switched the system to Firestone EPDM. New galvanized inserts in the drains and we were able to get excellent termination details on the parapet wall flashing. 10 year material and labor warranty on the system.
